Returns & Exchanges

All return, exchange, or refund requests must be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department before sending back any items.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Paddles must have the original seal over the grip handle intact.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Only the original purchaser may request a return or exchange.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, provided by our Customer Service team, is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • If the return is due to an error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
  • Refunds can only be processed for the original purchaser and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or the result of an error on our part:
