Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty – Paddles & Net Systems

1. Coverage:
  • A 6-month limited warranty covers Max Paddles, Max net systems, and Max pickleballs against manufacturer defects.
  • A 90-day limited warranty covers Junior Paddles, Junior net systems, and Junior Pickleballs against manufacturer defects.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item upon delivery, contact PicklePro Shop immediately for a replacement or store credit.
2. Warranty Claims for Used Items:
  • If a defect occurs after use, warranty coverage is subject to evaluation.
  • Customers must contact us for return procedures and inspection.
  • All defective merchandise will be inspected to determine if the issue is due to:
  • Manufacturer defects (eligible for replacement/credit)
  • Normal wear and tear (not covered)
  • Misuse or modification (not covered)

Warranty Exclusions:

1. The following issues are not covered under warranty:
  • Fading of graphics
  • Damage from normal wear and tear
  • Abuse, improper use, or modification
  • Breakdown due to extended use over time
