Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty – Paddles & Net Systems

1. Coverage:
  • A 12-month limited warranty covers Max Paddles, Max net systems, and Max pickleballs against manufacturer defects.
  • A 6-month limited warranty covers Junior Paddles, Junior net systems, and Junior Pickleballs against manufacturer defects.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item upon delivery, contact PicklePro Shop immediately for a replacement or store credit.
2. Warranty Claims for Used Items:
  • If a defect occurs after use, warranty coverage is subject to evaluation.
  • Customers must contact us for return procedures and inspection.
  • All defective merchandise will be inspected to determine if the issue is due to:
  • Manufacturer defects (eligible for replacement/credit)
  • Normal wear and tear (not covered)
  • Misuse or modification (not covered)
3. International customers:

The warranty timeframes and exclusions listed above apply to international orders. Warranty claims are evaluated remotely first using photos and video. If approved, PicklePro Shop may provide replacement parts, store credit, or a replacement at our discretion. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless PicklePro Shop agrees otherwise in writing. PicklePro Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local carrier handling

Warranty Exclusions:

1. The following issues are not covered under warranty:
  • Fading of graphics
  • Damage from normal wear and tear
  • Abuse, improper use, or modification
  • Breakdown due to extended use over time
