Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $50

  • Applies to orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S.

  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories

  • Free shipping cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers

Domestic Shipping

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our Southern Florida warehouse via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Economy Shipping: 3–5 business days (longer for HI, AK, PR, and APO/FPO)

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

  • Delivery times are estimates: International transit and customs processing can add delays beyond our control.

  • Duties and taxes: Import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in product or shipping prices. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country or carrier.

  • Customs clearance: Your shipment may require additional information (ID/tax number, address confirmation, or import documents). If customs requests details and we do not receive the required information from you in time, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned.

  • Refused or unclaimed packages: If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, incomplete address, or failure to complete customs clearance, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping (if applicable), and any carrier fees. Refunds (if approved) will be issued minus these costs.

  • Address accuracy: Please verify your full international address, phone number, and email at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Shipping damage: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, shipping label, and product so we can assist with a carrier claim or resolution.

  • Order changes: Once an international order is shipped, we cannot change the address, reroute, or cancel the shipment.

  • Warranty and returns (international): International returns and warranty resolutions may differ due to shipping costs. If a return is authorized, the customer is typically responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes.
