Yes. We offer tiered wholesale pricing based on quantity, product mix, and whether you are ordering for a single location or multiple properties. Once we understand your facility type, expected guest volume, and the number of courts or programs you’re supporting, we’ll recommend the right package and provide a clear quote.
We can support multiple Incoterms depending on your procurement requirements. A common option for international and freight-forwarder shipments is FCA (Free Carrier) – Factory. FCA Factory means:
- We prepare your order, pack it securely, and release it to the carrier you nominate at the agreed handoff point.
- From that point forward, your carrier/freight forwarder handles the main transportation, customs/export processes (if applicable), and final delivery.
- This option gives buyers and freight forwarders maximum control over the shipping route, costs, and customs handling.
If you prefer, we can also quote other terms based on your destination and logistics needs. We’ll confirm the best Incoterm during the quote process.
Taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, and any import-related charges are always the responsibility of the buyer, unless your quote explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
In most wholesale and international scenarios:
- Under FCA / EXW / DAP, the buyer handles (and pays) all import duties, VAT/GST, tariffs, brokerage, and local taxes.
- If you require duties/taxes included, request a DDP quote in advance so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.
For US customers, we ship directly to your location using the best method for the order size (parcel, LTL, or freight). For international customers, the most common approach is:
Ship to your freight forwarder in Florida (recommended for LATAM/Caribbean):
We deliver your order to your freight forwarder’s warehouse in Florida. Your forwarder then consolidates, exports, clears customs, and delivers to your country. This method is efficient for resort and facility deliveries in tourism markets like Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Caribbean destinations.
Timelines vary by forwarder, service level, and customs clearance, but a typical range looks like:
- Order processing/packing: usually 1–5 business days (depending on inventory and order size)
- Transit to Florida freight forwarder: usually 1–5 business days
- Forwarder export + delivery: often 7–21+ days depending on route and customs
Yes, we frequently support facility orders for tourism-focused destinations. The most common and cost-effective approach is shipping to a Florida-based freight forwarder who manages delivery into your country and coordinates customs clearance. If you already have a freight partner, we can ship to them. If not, you can use your preferred forwarder and we’ll provide the documentation they need.
