Wholesale Returns & Warranty Policy
This Wholesale Returns & Warranty Policy applies to purchases made through the PicklePro Shop wholesale program, including commercial, institutional, bulk, custom-branded, personalized, and OEM orders.
Wholesale purchases are subject to the terms below and are separate from PicklePro Shop’s retail Returns & Exchanges Policy and retail Warranty Policy.
Retail return and warranty terms do not apply to wholesale purchases.
1. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery when the merchandise is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In new condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all original parts,
accessories, and components
All wholesale returns require advance authorization.
Return Authorization Required
All wholesale returns require advance authorization from PicklePro Shop.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), email:
wholesale@pickleproshop.com
Please include:
- Company or organization name
- Order or invoice number
- Product(s) being returned
- Quantity
- Reason for the return
- Photos or supporting documentation, when applicable
If the return is approved, PicklePro Shop will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
Do not ship merchandise back to PicklePro Shop without an approved RMA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Product Condition Requirements
Paddles
Paddles must be unused and returned in their original packaging. The grip must remain sealed in its original plastic wrap, and the paddle must have no scratches, dents, chips, wear, or other damage.
Net Systems
Net systems, including Net Set MAX and Net Set Junior, must be unopened and unused, with all components included in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of assembly, installation, use, wear, or damage are not eligible for a standard wholesale return.
Return Shipping & Fees
For standard wholesale returns:
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
- PicklePro Shop is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned by the buyer or the buyer’s carrier.
If the return is required because PicklePro Shop shipped an incorrect product or because an eligible product was received defective or damaged, PicklePro Shop will determine the appropriate return or replacement procedure and cover applicable return shipping when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Wholesale Items
The following are not eligible for standard wholesale returns:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Assembled products
- Products showing signs of wear
- Products with missing parts or
components - Clearance or final-sale
merchandise, when designated as such - Sport water bottles
- OEM, custom-branded, personalized, custom-logo, or otherwise customized products — including paddles manufactured or printed with a customer’s logo — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
These restrictions do not prevent an eligible manufacturing-defect, shipping-damage, shortage, or incorrect-item claim from being reviewed under the applicable sections of this policy.
2. Shipping Damage, Shortages & Incorrect Items
Wholesale customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
Shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for resolution.
Customers should retain the product, original shipping carton, packaging materials, and shipping label until the claim has been reviewed.
Please provide:
- Photos of all sides of the outer shipping carton
- A photo of the shipping label
- Photos and/or video showing the damage or issue
- Photos of the product and packing materials
- Order or invoice number
- A description of the problem
Submit your claim to:
wholesale@pickleproshop.com
PicklePro Shop will review the documentation and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Freight Forwarders & Transit Responsibility
If an order is delivered to a freight forwarder or carrier selected by the customer, PicklePro Shop’s responsibility for transportation ends once the shipment is delivered and accepted at the customer’s designated delivery location, including a freight forwarder’s warehouse.
PicklePro Shop is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, mishandling, or other transportation issues occurring after delivery to the customer’s selected freight forwarder or carrier.
Customers using a freight forwarder should inspect or arrange for inspection of the shipment before it is forwarded internationally whenever possible.
Claims arising after delivery to the customer’s freight forwarder or selected carrier must be handled by the customer directly with the applicable freight forwarder or carrier, except where the issue is determined to be an eligible manufacturing defect covered by this policy.
4. International Orders, Customs, Duties & Tariffs
For international wholesale shipments, all applicable:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Tariffs
- VAT/GST
- Brokerage charges
- Import-related fees
are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable quotation or written sales agreement.
PicklePro Shop is not responsible for customs holds, inspections, clearance delays, documentation requirements imposed by authorities, or other delays resulting from the import process.
Transit and delivery times cannot be guaranteed once merchandise enters international transportation or customs processing.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer fails to pay applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import fees, the customer is responsible for the resulting shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, brokerage, and carrier charges.
Where specific Incoterms are stated on a quotation, invoice, purchase order acknowledgment, or written sales agreement, those agreed Incoterms will govern the applicable shipment.
5. Wholesale Limited Warranty
All eligible products purchased through the PicklePro Shop wholesale program are covered by a 30-calendar-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
The 30-day wholesale warranty applies to all eligible wholesale products, regardless of product line.
Retail warranty periods, including warranties offered on MAX or Junior retail products, do not apply to wholesale purchases.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Warranty claims are subject to evaluation and may require photographs, videos, product information, and other documentation reasonably necessary to determine the cause of the issue.
What Is Covered
The wholesale limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery or become apparent during the 30-day warranty period under normal intended use.
What Is Not Covered
The wholesale warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches or scuffs resulting from use
- Fading
- Chipped paint or graphics resulting from use
- Misuse or abuse
- Negligence
- Improper installation, assembly, or setup
- Unauthorized modification
- Unauthorized repairs
- Improper storage
- Damage caused by weather exposure beyond the product’s intended use
- Damage occurring during transportation after delivery to the customer’s designated freight forwarder or carrier
- Damage or deterioration unrelated to a manufacturing defect
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by third parties
Warranty Resolution
If a wholesale warranty claim is approved, PicklePro Shop will determine the appropriate resolution based on the product and circumstances of the claim.
Resolution may include:
- Replacement parts
- Repair
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial credit
- Another appropriate remedy
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, providing replacement merchandise, replacement parts, repair, or another warranty remedy does not restart or extend the original 30-day warranty period.
6. International Warranty Claims
International wholesale purchases are subject to the same 30-calendar-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
International warranty claims must be submitted within this period.
Because of the cost and complexity associated with international transportation, international warranty claims may be evaluated remotely.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Clear photographs
- Videos showing the defect
- Product information
- Order or invoice information
- Additional documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim
When appropriate, PicklePro Shop may provide replacement parts, replacement merchandise, store credit, partial credit, or another resolution rather than requiring the defective product to be returned internationally.
International customers remain responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, and other import costs unless PicklePro Shop expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
PicklePro Shop is not responsible for customs delays or delays caused by local carriers or freight forwarders.
7. OEM, Custom-Branded & Customized Products
All OEM, custom-branded, personalized, or otherwise customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- OEM pickleball paddles
- Paddles printed or manufactured with a customer’s custom logo
- Custom-branded pickleball paddles
- Custom paddle graphics, colors, finishes, or designs
- Custom-branded pickleballs
- Products printed with a company, school, club, organization, sponsor, or event logo
- Personalized products
- Products manufactured or modified to a customer’s specifications
- Custom packaging
- Any other product that has been customized, printed, engraved, branded, altered, or specially manufactured
for the customer
Proof Approval
For orders requiring artwork or design approval, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final proof before production.
The customer must verify:
- Logos and artwork
- Spelling and text
- Colors
- Logo placement
- Product specifications
- Quantities
- Other customization details shown on the proof
Once the customer approves the final proof and the order enters production, the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customer approval of the proof constitutes authorization for PicklePro Shop and/or its manufacturing partners to proceed with production based on the approved design.
Manufacturing Defects or PicklePro Shop Errors
The final-sale restriction does not eliminate the customer’s right to submit a claim when:
- The product has an eligible manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was produced or
shipped. - The customization materially differs from the customer-approved proof due to an error by PicklePro Shop or its manufacturing partner.
- The merchandise was damaged before or during delivery when responsibility for that damage remains with PicklePro Shop under the applicable shipping terms.
Eligible manufacturing-defect claims must be submitted within the applicable
30-calendar-day wholesale warranty period.
Shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within the 72-hour period specified in Section 2.
If a claim is approved, PicklePro Shop will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Correction
- Repair
- Replacement
- Replacement parts
- Store credit
- Partial credit
- Another appropriate resolution
An approved defect or production-error claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Customer-Supplied Artwork & Logos
The customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use any logo, trademark, artwork, photograph, design, or other material supplied to PicklePro Shop for customization.
By submitting and approving such materials for production, the customer represents that it has the authority to authorize their use for the applicable order.
Production & Delivery
Production and delivery times for OEM and customized merchandise are estimates and may vary based on:
- Production schedules
- Artwork and proof approval
- Order quantity
- Product specifications
- Material availability
- Shipping method
- Carrier delays
- Customs clearance
- Other circumstances outside PicklePro Shop’s reasonable control
Delays in estimated production or delivery times do not make a customized order eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by PicklePro Shop in writing.
8. How to Submit a Wholesale Return, Damage or Warranty Claim
All wholesale return, RMA, shipping-damage, shortage, incorrect-item, and warranty requests must be submitted by email to:

- Contact information
- Product information

9. Relationship to Quotes, Purchase Orders & Wholesale Agreements
Specific quotations, purchase orders, contracts, custom-order agreements, invoices, or other written sales agreements may contain additional or different terms.
Where PicklePro Shop and the wholesale customer have expressly agreed in writing to different terms for a particular transaction, the terms of that written agreement will control for that transaction to the extent they conflict with this policy.
10. Policy Updates
PicklePro Shop reserves the right to update or modify this WholesaleReturns & Warranty Policy from time to time.
The policy applicable to an order will be the version in effect at the time the applicable wholesale order is placed, unless different terms are expressly agreed to in writing.
