1. Promotion Period & Eligibility
  • Offers are available exclusively at www.pickleproshop.com, while supplies last.
  • Limit one redemption per promotion, per customer and household, throughout the promotional period.
  • Purchase limits apply across multiple orders, accounts, and email addresses associated with the same customer or household.
  • Promotions are intended for individual retail customers. Wholesale, reseller, and bulk purchases are excluded.
  • Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases.
2. Discounts & Exclusions
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or special pricing unless expressly stated.
  • Bundles, clearance merchandise, and previously discounted items are excluded unless specifically identified as eligible.
  • FREE promotional items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for store credit.
  • All qualifying products must be added to the cart to receive the applicable promotion.
  • Discounts apply to eligible merchandise only and exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALE POLICY

1. All FREE promotional items are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

The following restrictions apply:

  • Pickleballs: All packs purchased under the Spooky Deals promotion are final sale, including paid and FREE packs.
  • Overgrips: FREE overgrip 3-packs are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Ornaments: FREE ornament sets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Paddle Covers: FREE paddle covers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Returns of Qualifying Paid Products
  • Eligible paid products may be returned only in accordance with PicklePro Shop’s standard return policy, unless specifically designated as final sale.
  • If a qualifying paid product is returned, any associated FREE promotional item must also be returned, unused and in its original condition.
  • If the FREE item is not returned, its regular retail value may be deducted from the refund, up to the amount otherwise refundable.
  • Partial returns that cause an order to no longer qualify for a promotion will result in recalculation of the promotional discount.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law, including those relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
